Nice, pity the award docs aren't with the group. He clearly served most of the war in Norway, both his EK awards are connected to the invasion of 1940.

His Urkunde zum Flugzeugführer Abzeichen award document dated 9 Dec '36 It was for sale in Germany....! (ref: www.emeredato.de)
