metal stamps ???

I did not see where else to post this tread so I I suppose you guys would be the best ones to ask.

I got these two stamps with another Italian stamp posted on the Italian forum.

As they are metal, I can not make a print from them but would like any info on them if possible ....

The right I read:
"Der Oberfinanzpräsident Graz"

The left one:

"Dienststelle Feldpostnummer ...." (but I can't identify any number"

There is no number on the stamp. the space where the number should be is blank, never engraved, so I suppose this is a never issued piece.

As for the other one, it is a "negative" stamp, for use as a wax seal to seal a document or any bag, safe-deposit box, etc.....
"Oberfinanzpräsident" sounds like a important title...... Any more thoughts on this ???

And last, any idea on the value of these items to post it on the forum E-stand ?

"Oberfinanzpräsident" means "Chief Finance President".

Graz is the capital (town) of Steiermark / Austria.


Graz
