That's a very poor quality scan as you said, and without more pictures from the book it is going to be tough to tell... Although the chances are this is a fake. Can you get more pictures?

It is nearly impossible to identify the "Standort" military garnison (place name).

I think it says: Friedenthal, Oberbergischer Kreis (but not sure)

If correct it should be: Friedenthal bei Oranienburg.

If you have further scans, is this the guy?

It looks promising that this is the same guy as Nikolsburg is where his parents lived!!!

                  naxos

I also tried Friedenthal but I hesitated with Friedental because wikipedia tells us that there are only 6 (six) inhabitants in Friedenthal (tody). Minimum there should have been same barraks or so.

But I found a Schloß (castle) "Friedenthal" near Oranienburg as a cetre for sabotage in foreign countries run by the SD:

Schloß Friedenthal bei Oranienburg: Dienststellen des Auslands-SD: Vorbereitung von Sondereinsätzen, Sabotageakten und Einsätzen hinter den feindlichen Linien.

What do you think about this (Sondereinsatz)?

                      Yes, Friedenthal, Oranienburg

I also found: Hauptgasse 82 in Nikolsburg and a Wobetzky living there in 1944. I think it was an Apartment House since several families lived at this address at the same time.
