    Sold paid after the war

This former member of Gren.Rgt.44, after evacuation from the Kurland-Kessel, surrendered to the British on May 10, 1945. He was released as POW in August 1947.

According to his Soldbuch he received pay from August 1946 to August 1947.

I can read that he received special-provisions (Sonderverfpflegung) during January 1947 in Hamburg-Bahrenfeld.

My question would be: "What was he paid for?"

Was he perhaps a member of a Räumungskommando?

    Help is greatly appreciated.

    In the last line I think I can identify " 31.7.47 Entlassungsgeld Rä(umungs) KO(mmando) Lü ?."

    - that could indicate that he waswith a Räumungd-Kommando. But I am not sure about that.
