Maybe the WP is "pimped"?
Means a good StuG-WP with nice entries like IC II and GAB and so on and then someone added the other things?

Eiither someone got a whale of a deal, or was sold a group that was not all it was cracked up to be. Seller even cautioned buyers to this point. I lean towards the later.

I also examined this group at length prior to it's sale and did not bid due to some of the same reservations given above. A group like this should have gone for much more than what it did which is fairly telling.
