Leave entry question

Here is a leave entry in a soldbuch, and I'd like some help with it. Does this entry state that the soldier was granted leave due to combat action? I have added a scan of the unit entry of this soldier from the time period of this leave entry. Was this HG soldier on leave from Tunisia? I would appreciate any help with this leave entry. Thank you!

Difficult to grasp the meaning. The translation as I understand it would be something like he had to take vacation because of reasons connected with his task. E.g. they had no room in the barracks for him so they sent him home again for a few days or they knew he would not be able to take a vacation for a longer time so they sent him while it was still possible - something like that.
