Turkestan Dog Tag

Hello,

I was on a fleamarket yesterday in Germany and bought this dug up and damaged Turkestan Dogtag.
The guy asked € 0,50 a piece for all of his dug up items so I took the risk

I couldn't find much info on the web about the turkestan legion.
Maybe you could tell me of which unit this dogtag piece is and were did they saw action?

I have a Soldbuch to a similar unit, he belonged to:

4 Kompanie (Turkestanischen), Bau Bataillon 79 renamed on 23.9.1943 to 4 Kompanie (Turkestanischen), Bau Pioniere Bataillon 79.

So it looks like the 4th Company of certain Bau Bataillon was formed from Turkish soldiers? I do not know how many were like this as known sources to not indicate in my example that the 4th Company was Turkish!
