The writing is, from the first page (my apologies in advance for any errors but I am sure if I have made any someone will be along shortly to correct me):

"Teilnahme an Gefechten im Rahman der 1. I. D."

"Stellungskaempfe im Bereich der H. Gr. Nord"

"Teilnahme an Gefechten im Rahmen der 1. I. D."

"Teilnahme an Gefechten im Rahmen der 1. I. D."

        next page (injuries):

        "1.4.44 (can't read) 14./ F.R. 22 Russland"

"23.8.44 Gr. Spl. Kopf (shrapnel wound to head)14./ F.R. 22 Litauen"

        "16.10.44 Gefallen 14./ F.R. 22 Litauen"

I took from you request that you speak German and were just having trouble with the writing itself. This is what I see. Again, sorry for any errors in reading it that I may have made.

          "Marschblasen"!

          Couldn't read that one!

Guess we were doing this at the same time.

              Hello there,

just noticed that you own a Wehrpass that once belonged to a soldier of 1.ID (FR22). We are working on a virtual database about 1.ID and have been collecting documents and photos for years now. We would be very interested in photos/scans of the Wehrpass. We might even be able to tell you more about the soldier. Check my other posts on these forums on who I am , and what we do. Would be nice if youd drop me a message.

Thanks a lot and best wishes from germany,

              Rob
