Are you sure this is "Rembertow" in the following column?
Maybe you have a close-up of that part?

That town is Milovice now and in the Czech republic.

You could well be right. Another entry on the AHF for Eisenbahn-Panzerzug-Ersatz-Abteilung mentions this...

While moving to training ground Milowitz near Prag (Böhmen) parts of the Marsch-Kpn. personnel were used to strengthen the Pz.Gren.Lehr.Rgt. 902 “Krampnitz”

Nice addition. The signature at the top of Page 15 is that of Kurt Oslislo who commanded PZ 25 from December 1941 to February 1943. It was badly damaged by Russian tanks that had broken out of the Baranow Bridgehead on 13th January 1945 and abandoned by its crew that night.

And the signature on the bottom of Pg 15 is that of Ermert who commanded Werkstattzug f. Panzerzüge 1
