    I don't understand exactly what you mean in your post. I assume you're trying to identify the units you listed?

    SCHW.BEOB.BATTR.503 = schwere Beobachtungs-Batterie 503 - 503rd Heavy Observation Battery

    3. GERM.SS.PZ.KORPS = III. Germanische SS-Panzerkorps - III Germanic SS Panzer Corps

    FELDPOST 05387: related to mentioned above Observation Battery in the following timeframes:
    - (01.08.1943 - 23.03.1944) 16.03.1944 schwere Beobachtungs-Batterie 103 (III. SS-Korps)
    - (24.03.1944 - 06.11.1944) 08.09.1944 schwere Beobachtungs-Batterie 503 (III. SS-Korps-Trupp).
