Unknown DKiG and Ehrenpokal der Lw holder

Hello. Can someone confirm that "Feldwebel (later Lt.) Karl-Heinz Jensen" of KG 76 has received the DKiG as well as the honour goblet?

He also was awarded with:

Frontflugspange Bronze
Frontflugspange in Silber
Frontflugspange in Gold
Frontflugspange in Gold "200"
Erinnerungsmedaille 1.10.38

P.S. as a note, Scheibert's book on DK lists Jensen as receiving the DKiG on 15.MAR.1943.
