Help on dog tag

Can anybody help me with the meaning of this dog tag?

I've been told that the "k" stands for Küsten artillerie units and the 45 should be the year? Is this correct? I'm not into KM Dog tags...

10514/45K means that this ID tag belonged to the soldier who was 10514th soldier drafted in 1945 for coast land service (K - Küstendienst Land).
He might have been artilleryman, driver or weapons specialist.

It is a dogtag for a soldier, who was drafted for landbased Kriegsmarine.
After his basic training he could also used as a gunner on a ship or something else. We couldn`t say that without knowing his military file.
