    Soldbuch Wigand Pufke on Weitze

From a research perspective, this caught my interest. Wigand Pufke is not listed as an official DKiG-holder. 8 TDBs?

Honestly, I'm not a fan of ANY of those entries on p. 21...

MAYBE the Reichsportabzeichen in Silber. The others...signatures through stamps, NKS & EK 1 "verliehen" and nothing else (but apparenty on different dates with the same pen), for me just too questionable.

Of course, I've been plenty wrong before.

I'm with Hank, I don't like any of those entries... I hope others will chime in as well.

As Thomas says, its easy enough for someone at Weitze to see if he`s a Cross in Gold holder before sticking it up for sale

              Cheers

Just on that point, it's MAYBE excusable; there are probably a few holders or the DKiG (or those who were recommended but didn't get approved before war's end) that are still unknown or not recognized.

But with all the other red flags there, there's no excuse.

I was offered this Soldbuch and the guy who bought it from Weitze thought the entries were original, but I told him the entries are simply a fake and also sent him a link to this thread. Weitze took back it back immediately. So Gents, it is again for sale on today´s Weitze update, maybe someone is interested in it?!

I can´t understand why such a experienced seller is just not able to see this document being a fake?! Maybe just greed for profit?!

Same case for a Purple Heart which was for sale on the website of Weitze. The Purple Heart was an obivous fake but, don't know, with just a little bit of research he could have seen that it was never original. I contacted him about this and he removed it though.
