EM Luftwaffe real?

I am about to buy this EM from Flak.Ers.Abt.2 but since I am no expert on EM I prefer to have some comments before spending hard earned money (even though it ain't an expensive one but when having lost my job due to re-organisation every spend euro should be a well spend euro ).
