    Führerschein Dutch person. Need help.

Hello i bought this Führerschein a while ago. The handwriting is difficult to read. On the front page someone has written ss i think this is done after the war. The person is a Dutch man from Hardenberg. I hope someone can give me more information and translate this Führerschein for me. Thanks.

Its a Führerschein for Klasse III, which is for cars and small trucks (like Opel Blitz).
Its a Zweitschrift, so he got this one because his previous one got lost/damaged.
    He got it in 1940.
I think the SS mark is indeed fake, this is a civilian document. And if it would have been SS, then the marking should be on a differend place.
But i must say that i´ve never seen a führerschein being issued to a Dutch guy before.

A bit hard to read, what do the round stamps say?
I'm collecting anything related to the towns Castricum and Bakkum during WWII.
Also soldbucher from 116pzdiv. And 1944-1945 eastfront pockets, kampfgruppe and Oder front.

"District Administrator for the County of Bentheim". Okay this person lives in Holland about 80 km of the place bentheim in Germany where the stamps are from. But is there a way to find out what his relationship was with the Germans.

          Best regards Wilbert.

I think it's a Zweitschrift because he had a driving license from Holland since 16.2.40 . And I also think he came to Germany and got this german license. A lot of people from the Netherlands came to Germany because of marriage. Hardenberg is a town next to the german frontier. And the county of Bentheim is the hole area on the other side of this frontier. And couples Germany / Netherland are not unusual here.

            Regards,
