Sammellager NG 81 Soldbuch Entry

Hi guys,
Can anyone tell me what this notice might mean in this quite used LW signal Soldbuch? Thanks in advance!

As the entry "H./Batterie Sammellager" (battery collecting point) is on page 8 it seems that

he received some special batteries/accumulators for his equipment. For a normal battery they

would not have made an extra entry on page 8. But I cannot identify the exact meaning of

the entry.
