          Very interesting......I have Heinrich Peters' Soldbuch and a Schein of some sort!

                      Yes I think that that may be the reason.

                      But the two Streib signatures are nice too : RK., EK., Schw. winner.

                      And an interesting unit : NJG.1

                        Hallo,
                        I rise this old thread to put some questions about these documents:

                        - Were these left when the soldier was "awarded" of the Luft qualification badge? So, Pilot, AG, observer...or were these extra qualification?

                        - Sometimes I see these docs with soldier photo on the front but also inside, like Pilot "schein" or glider one... Any info about?

                        I'd glad to get more knowledge about this documents...

                          All were to be kept updated or renewed but as the war went on many weren't or just marked "auf wieder." The pilot and glider Scheins had multiple qualification parts, so are in booklet form.
