    WP Uffz Doberditz Lehr Regt. KIA Nettuno

    A set of coincidences on the life of this NCO in Italy for a couple of weeks fell to Nettuno in Febbrary 1944....

                    The Lehr Regt. was virtually annihilated in a few days after his arrival by the Allied bombing (especially naval) and probably for the crisis of the regiment was buried only several days later .. Also the the felpost is written by the hand and not with the stamp probably because was lost in the battle...
