Stalag Dogtag help

Picked this up with some other items
ground dug possibly or poorly stored?
I know the location of Stalag 1B but
is the rest of the tag researchable or not.
What's the "PR" stand for? nationality of the POW?

"IB/PR" means Stalag I B Prostken (Poland) today Prostki

The "I" behind the POW number stands for the nationality. In this case it was an Italian POW.
