Interesting tag/unit

I just got a tag of what seem to be a very interesting unit.
It says: Eins.Gr.Fernm. Sonderpers. / N.E.A.3 ( Einsatz Gruppe Fernmelde Sonder Personel/ Nachrichten Ersatz Abteilung.
Would appreciate some more information about this unit.
