Beautiful 13th SS 'Handschar' Officer Soldbuch Photo...

A good friend of mine just obtained this wonderful Soldbuch photo of an SS Officer from the 13th SS 'Handschar' and ask me to post it for him here. As I'm away from my reference material at the moment, if anyone could positively identify this 'Handschar' Officer it would be appreciated.

That is indeed the same Obersturmfuhrer (and a great looking Fez Photo)...looks like a photo set of this Officer is (unfortunately) being broken up...

IMHO, this SS-Obersturmfuhrer is from the german encadrement (look, he got the Ost-medaille !). Who have a idee of the colour of his shoulder boards ?

Curious how he doesn't seems to wear SS breast runes, that was almost obligatory for german cadre wearing the Waffen-tab.
