Also what does it say on the stamp for the document? wehrmacht standort????

The stamp comes from the Wehrmachtsstandortälteter of Meißen, a town in Saxonia.

Looks like Mult. Nackenfurunkel - Multiple Nackenfurunkel - Multiple neck furuncles.

Furuncle being a boil or a skin infection involving the entire hair follicle and nearby skin tissue....so a bloody nasty shaving rash!!!

Then on to Gensender or convalescence.
