Kuban bridgehead-Inf rgt 212 ,Wehrpass, sniper rifle training

I have this heer wehrpass that under the weapons training P.20 seems to indicate zielfernrohrgewer. Sniper rifle Z-41 scope?

Can someone pleas translate this? Also is this a fairly scarce weapons entry to find? It also notes him having MG34 and LMG42 training. I cannot read the the other two, they both end with gewehr.

Also a letter to the father via the mayor about his death from a grenade splinter. This guy fell during the KUBAN Bridgehead and it is indicated in the WP as well.

It is in very good condition , he did some RAD time as an arbeitsmann before his heer service and died finishing with the 212 inf rgt. The Kuban bridgehead is where this unit was according to its history.

    Any help comments are appreciated.

    Thank you

              Gerdan,

Can you give me an idea of the English weapon equivalent

              Schnellfeuergewehr- fast loading rifle?
              Zielfernrohrgewehr- scope rifle?

Thank you for taking a look!!

              Thank you

                Schnellfeuergewehr - rapid-fire rifle

                Zielfernrohrgewehr - telescopic sight rifle

                So I would translate it

                  Danke Gerdan,

I am just trying to get an idea of the weapons.

If it was a sniper rifle it looks like it would have to be scharfeschutzegewehr (sp)

Some of the weapons guys and probably dial me in further. No pun intended.

Thank you again for reading it for me.

The first of the three looks like rifle grenade training to me.
My guess would be that the Schnellfeuergewehr is a G41/43.
And if i would have to put money on the last one i would say that its the ZF41 scope since that isn´t a scope for officialy trained snipers but rather for good shooters.
I'm collecting anything related to the towns Castricum and Bakkum during WWII.
Also soldbucher from 116pzdiv. And 1944-1945 eastfront pockets, kampfgruppe and Oder front.

                      Rick,

The G41/43 comparison helps me understand the Schnellfeuergewehr or rapid fire much better. This soldat had some unique weapons training. A lot more interesting then the usual 98 entry.

Thank you for taking a look.
