In a 1944 Division was it common to have a Reitzug (mounted platoon) in the Regimental Staff?

What kind of Regiment?I'm collecting anything related to the towns Castricum and Bakkum during WWII.
Also soldbucher from 116pzdiv. And 1944-1945 eastfront pockets, kampfgruppe and Oder front.

The platoon in a 1944 platoon could be aa bicycle or mounted.

I have seen some detailed divisonal breakdowns (i.e. 352. VGD) where the platoon is bicycle-mounted but they are are almost entirely for divisions in Western Europe.
