I have no idea what this is. Can anybody help me out? Is it worth anything. The man trying to sell it to me said he dug it up near St.Mere Eglise.

I wouldn't pay more then $10 for this unless you can get some documented proof on what it is. And the 'dug up at St. Mere Eglise' is most likely bogus.Comment

Agreed, it looks VERY clean to have been recently dug up, and in fairly good condition for something metal which had been allegedly buried!Comment
