need help with abbreviation on dog tag

I work at a museum that deals with the history of the German occupation of Denmark. One of our guests asked me if I could help him to identify the meaning of the writing and numbers on this SS dog tag. Since I have absolutely no clue myself I turn to you guys.

1. What does the writing and numbers mean?
2. Is it possible to link the numbers to a person – even today?
3. Is it genuine?
