    Wehrpass Stamp and Uniform Question

My friend in Germany asked me to post this Wehrpass and would like the following two questions answered: 1) What year does this soldier's uniform date from? 2) Has anyone ever seen another example of a stamp that shows both a location (in this case Dortmund) and a Feldpost number (in this case FPN 12215)?

    12215

    (Mobilmachung-1.1.1940) 2. Kompanie Panzerabwehr-Abteilung 186,

    (28.4.1940-14.9.1940) 2. Kompanie Panzerjäger-Abteilung 186,

    (25.1.1943-31.7.1943) 3. Panzerjäger-Kompanie Schnelle Abteilung 186,

    (1.8.1943-23.3.1944) 14.1.1944 2. Kompanie Panzerjäger-Abteilung 186,

    (24.3.1944-6.11.1944) 4.4.1944 3. Kompanie Panzer-Zerstörer-Bataillon 474

My friend (he is a WAF member) is looking forward to everyone's responses.

    What a beautiful Wehrpass

Sorry I cannot help with dating the uniform.......Maybe if you post it in the Uniforms forum you will get some answers? And no, I can't recall seeing a stamp with that combination.

Great Wehrpass! I'm surprised nobody else has commented on it

In the Dortmund stamp I can read also the word "Sammelstelle"

Can't make out the rank but is it Oberfeldwebel? Anyway, it appears to be a Waffenrock so difficult to date....check the rank with the corresponding entry for his rank on page 22.

Also not uncommon to see Sammelstelle and LGPA (in the case of Luftwaffe!) in FP Nr. stamps with the location!

I am sorry to say though, I have never looked into the FP Nr. and location stamp so can't say any more.....
