Sonderausweis Kommando Feldpost-Nr. M 17 693 - but which unit?

Hello friends.

I've just received a Sonderausweis for a Kriegsmarine guy, and the document has the following text:

Der ... vom Kommando Feldpost Nr. M 17 693 has on 6. november 1942 travelled to St. Malo (Brittany - France) on "Rückkehr zum Kommando" - return to commando.

The Sonderausweis is issued by Feldpostnummer 11 367.

If anyone could help me out with these Feldpost Nummer, first of all M 17 693, it would be greatly appreciated
