Some number on German SS Gamel

Hello, I have placed a Thread in the Wehrmacht Equipment Forum, there was told me to place one here too ( see: http://dev.wehrmacht-awards.com/foru...39#post3466239 )

I became this together with another standard german gamel.
I've just cleaned them and found some text.

It has the name Sepp Pfeiffer (SS-USCHA).
Beneath his name I see a number, just like this:

PFEIFFER
SEPP
6306525
PW. NO


It says too: 1. PZ. DIV. 1. SS-PZ. (and something I can't read) ABT. 1. KOMP.

And someone knows what III. LA. means?

I have found a number in the middle of the tekst too, it says:

PWE 409


Anyone can help me with it?

Looks like a Prisoner of War number to me. Also explains why he had so much time on his hands that he could decorate his can.
