                    And really this soldier saw and fought the war against the Red Army.
                    Interesting for a geat research!

                            This soldier fought in really a lot of the lasts battles of the Reich:

                            - To rescue the 1 Panzer-Armee encirled between the Bug and the Dnestr
                            - In the battles of Ternopol, Berezhany, Stanislav
                            - In the battle of Brody
                            - at Uzhgorod and Breslau (Wroclaw)

                            until surrending to the Red Army in Silesia.

                              Just did a quick search of the last Lazarette FP number 22496. It does indeed place Oblt. Kühlmann, at least until early April,1945 with ...
                              (10.2.1943-23.8.1943) Stab I u. 1.-5. Kompanie Jäger-Regiment 227

                              Is this the last dated entry in the SB?
