Help with units in a Soldbuch, possible Stalingrad ?

Hi all,

I just got this well worn Soldbuch, The pages are loose and page 7 is missing.
I wanted to know if the soldier saw any significant action within his units ? I have always difficulties to find out about these informations.

From the third page I read that he was with I.R. 191, later Gren.Rgt 194

Any ideas were might have fought ?
