It is a fake, of sure ! (A vera well known !)

It is from the "little SS series".

The most known dogtag of this series is the SS Heimwehr Danzig dogtag.

All dogtags of this serie have the same SS runes.

Yep I think these were produced in Germany long time ago, perhaps early eighties. I have even seen one of these shown as original in Der Freiwillige .
