I know the 1st and 3rd awards are Iron Cross 2nd Class and Sudetenland medal but whats the others please? I've just never come across them before.

No, it does not specify. However, Inf.Rgt.4 was a standard Infanterie Regiment so it would be silver. Bronze was for Panzergrenadier - motorized infantry - personnel.
