Robert Plewa
Hello,
Thank you very much for sharing these items with us. This set was once upon a time offered on ebay Germany. It attracted my very interest also for the reason that Robert Plewa also earned the silver glider profiency badge.
Robert Plewa did earn Silver C badge nr. 1805 / date : 11.07.1941.
And also then the large NSFK glider badge. (number unkown). iff im not mistaking both badges where also included back then when it was offered (must have been almost 2 years ago?)
And as history does show - i missed this one => but they are in good hands .
Cordial greetings,

Thankx for the extra information Stijn (and the compliments Graham / Robert).
I myself did not purchase them off of German eBay, but from a European friend of mine (about 2 years ago, just like you mentioned) - I would have to check with him, but my friend may well indeed have been the winning bidder from German eBay. Looks like the Badges are long-gone, but at least the paperwork has (thankfully) stayed completely intact.
Both the Plewa Brother's ID's now reside in the collection of a Canadian friend of mine...

Plewa
Hello Hundestaffel,
Please contact your friend in Germany and try to recover the awards that where still there.
They where:
* Large NSFK glider pilots abdge (round needle type - without number)
* the Silver C badge - numbered.
The last one is a rare bugger and they should be kept togheter when possible, at last the last one is also identifyable (due to its number) towards R.Plewa .
Cordial greetings,
