This is only the second Gestapo SB I have ever seen. Rare is an understatement.

Outstanding.

Only the serious document collector can truly relate to how extremely rare an ID such as this is. I can just imagine the amount of sleep you must have lost during that Auction (I can relate, believe me !!!)

Yes it was Jeff. Paid way more than I wanted too, but as I already own a SD issued SB & WP, a Kripo issued SB & WP and a Gestapo WP, I needed this to complete the set. Still worth every penny considering the rarity.

Just beautiful! Simply a stunning piece of historical documentation! I do agree with dogtag however that this guy gives the impression he was one mean sob!

rare doesnt begin,

these guys were not on every street corner like in the movies!. One officer say for every 75,000 people, if not more.
