Hi,

after the dates 10.12.42 – 16.2.43 it says:
"Defensive battles in the land-corridor to the north-west of Demjansk."
After the dates 17.2.43 – 19.3.43 it says:
"Giving up the territory between Demjansk and Redja (?) and
Defensive battle between Lowat (?) and Redja."

Hope this helps – do you have a scan which is a bit more clear maybe?
