How replacement Erkenunnungsmarke were recorded in Soldbuchs?

Does anyone have any examples that they can share that shows how the issue of replacement Erkenunnungsmarke was recorded in Soldbuchs?

If it was his original Soldbuch then the original entry would be scored through, the new Erkennungsmarke entered and a notation made on page 3 to reflect that.

If it was a new Soldbuch as well, then simply the new Erkennungsmarke would be noted.

I'm not at home so I will try and find an example.....
