FL. H. KDTR. STRAUBING-Meaning of abbreviation?

I am trying to confirm information in regard to the identity/usage of a 1938 Alexander(Mainz) Tuba. This Tuba was allegedly used in a German Army (S.S. Musikkorps?) unit and played/used at Hitler's massive Nuremberg Partaitag rallies. Any information as to the nature of the conspicuous and oversized engraving "FL. H. KDTR. STRAUBING" on the bell of this instrument would help in shedding some light onto the true nature of the claims made by it's seller to me. The Tuba is undoubtedly of the correct vintage, but beyond that I am in need of some further insight into the significance of the aforementioned ingraving. I would be most grateful if anyone might be able to give me information as to what FL. H. KDTR. STRAUBING designates/means. Thanks in advance to anyone responding to this question or leaving any information in it's regard.
