Exactly Rob,
Herr Weber served with Pz.Jäg.Abt. 72 until 1942 when he transferred to 7/Pz.Rgt. 204. III/Pz.Rgt. 204 became Pz.Abt. 127 on 21.9.1942 which in turn became III/Pz.Rgt. 24 on 22.5.1943.
