Interesting Michael,

Particularly with my interest in 24 Pz.Div....shame the training, promotion, awards and combat pages are missing!

The entry on page 47 is bogus as well...personally due the the condition of the rest of the Wehrpaß I would rip it out!

At least you have a photo of him on the driving license.........

I have a few in poor condition, single pages, photos missing etc. to this unit!

9th Panzer Division AA Wehrpass

Wehrpass for a young Harry Werner. Trained on the K98, MG34, P-08, P-38 and the stick and egg grenade. He held a Class I and II military driver's license and was licensed to drive the Sd Kfz 250 and tracked vehicles weighing up to one ton. He attended a winter combat course in Riezlern from Feb 5 -20th
1944.
Harry joined just in time to be a participant in most of the 9th Pz Divisions Western Campaign battles to include Normandy (Falaise), Arnhem , and the Ardenne.
