Added page to my Soldbuch, translation help needed

Hey guys,

In one of my Soldbuchs this page has been added to it, I tried translating it with google, but have not had much luck. Of course I don't expect anyone to translate the whole thing, but if possible, could someone please tell me what it roughly says, and why it would be inserted into a soldbuch. It was added between pages 22 & 23 if that is of any help.

I hope the scans come up big enough. If larger pictures are needed let me know, I'm hoping someone will recognize it, maybe it was a common thing added to Soldbuchs?

It is a leaflet about what a soldier can do if he is contaminated by gas.
These leaflets are common and they have different topics.

If you read the first line on the first page " In die Tasche des Soldbuches einlegen" - to insert in the pocket of the SB".

As Jochen 1000 explained it was a very common action to handle these information leaflets.
