Need help with ID tag.....4

Hi to all, I have new question again.......I have one more dug out ID tag from Kurland, but I can't find this unit.

Nice dogtag.

It seem to be a dogtag from a Regiment with number 645, because it is from a 13th coy.
I can only find a Heeres Küsten Artillerie Regiment 645, but I don`t know whether they had a 13th coy as a Fernsprech Bau Kompanie.

Fernsprech Bau Kompanie sounds more like Luftgau Nachrichten, or Luftnachrichten, or something like that, but I can`t find anything.

Got something else another idea?
