I recently purchased a lot of photographs and documents belonging to a member of the SS Regiment Deutschland, I have a doubt with a pre-war ID document.

is a ID card of apprentice for a Hitler-Jugend member or i'm in a mistake?

The ID card of the apprentice Rolf Schilling from Coburg is OK. The Hitler-Jugend and the DAF (Deutsche Arbeits Front) set up an additional vocational school.
