    Doesn't look like it...

    (Mobilmachung-1.1.1940) SicherheitspolizeiEins. Kommando 1/I,
    (2.1.1940-27.4.1940) gestrichen,
    (16.2.1941-18.7.1941) Truppen-Entgiftungs-Kompanie 643.

Do you have a pic of the stamp or writing? Maybe it's something close?

    best
    Hank

Hmm, tried a couple others (38109, 38104, 38704, 38709) and they don't match either, as far as being LW....

Thanks for your kind help Hank. The exterior paint is in my opinion likely a Panzer Grenadier unit but it could be a Flak unit as well, just going by period photos. I can't think of any other combinations of numbers other than what you have tried. Thanks for your help in this. I really appreciate your efforts. Is there one resource or book that stands out as a Feldpost reference over others? -Frank

            Frank -
There are a number of books in the "Pinned Threads" at the top of this forum. There are a couple mentioned there that are very good - albeit sometimes hard to find or expensive when you do find them.

            all the best,
