It does state that it's a zweitschrift issued in mid/late '44 due to loss of original book due to enemy actions.

To me it looks good, but may have been made posthumously for the family, as there doesn't seem to be any entries after the issue/creation date.

Yes, is a second issued Werhpass the first was lost due to enemy contact, in the coming days will be on sale with Detlev-Niemann expertise.

Werhpass pf Willi Ziolka, born 21-12-1933 (mistake, correct year is 1922). Foto. Second iussed Werhpass at 28-10-1944 because the first was lost due to enemy contact. Volonteer in 2. Transportkomp. Leibstandarte Adolf Hitler. Promoted to SS-Sturmmann, awarded WMC 2ª cl. with swords and eastmedal.
