Question on Fuhrerschein

On page three, there is text written where the photograph is attached. Does anyone know what is written here? The photo I have of one isn't the greatest resolution, and the picture attached to it obscures half of it. Here's what i can make out:

gema_ * 70_______

Nur gultig in Breben_______

(*= I cannot reproduce this symbol)

Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.
