Disburse CIC???
Hi!....im new around here!
I have been collecting Wehrpass's for about 10-12 months and i am in possession of a Wehrpass issued to an Emil Rau in 1940. The Wehrpass it self doesnt contain any information about Emil being captured but there is a small note of paper included with the Wehrpass which reads:
"This certifies that Emil Rau of Willingen was this date screened by Disburse CIC.
Date: 1/26/45"
The note is signed by a captain but i cannot read his name.
I cant seem to find out what "Disburse CIC" is in reference to...could anyone be of some assistance to me on this matter??
