Soldbooks with questions !!!!

Hello

Here my next Soldbook from today and here I have a question too, the Grenadier Regiment 986 was created ( Lexion der Wehrmacht ) on Januar 1944 and was destroyed in August 1944

But in the Soldbook by the "Beförderung" and by the awards stand dates from 6.11 and 19.03.1943 ????

I read that the Stab from Gren.Rgt.108 joined in Oktober 1943 to bild the new Grenadier Rgt.986 ,but here I don´t know got the soldier this awards before his transfered to 986 or after ????
