                          I think this one needs to be discussed. For a start you need to post a full proper picture of the award document please.

                          Here are my concerns. The photo shows an infantry unterscharführer with the silver IAB, the document is to a bronze IAB and the SB has a GAB which is correct for a member of the artillery as the entries indicate.
                          Collecting German award documents, other paperwork and photos relating to Norway and Finland.

                            As the seller has not seen fit to respond i've moved this thread over to this forum for discussion.

                            Whilst the SB itself appears OK from the photos provided the issues i have are with the photo and the award document.

                            The man was an artilleryman and thus qualified for the GAB, as noted in his awards as Sturmabzeichen, commonly used for the GAB as opposed to it's full title.

                            The photo shows an infantry unterscharführer with white waffenfarbe on his shoulderstraps and a silver IAB, the fp number though is correct to the unit he was with, stab I./A.R LSSAH

                            The award document as can be seen is for a bronze IAB, more than that is difficult to say as the photo doesn't show the stamp or signing officer though from this photo i don't like the wear or the way the unit is written ie. with 'stab' tacked on to the end.

                              The EK1 entry with date shows to me not original . The letter shows how my stamps in my buisness..
