    and

    FLAK ERS. ABT. 99

but the last one, I think, maybe is of the Flak Ersatz Abteilnug 99...

      Thank you Larry!

so, if I have understood correctly, in the first case the owner of the dogtag was an hungarian SS-member, but serving in a Luftwaffe unit...

      Thanks again

I don't know how those two fit together. If I understand correctly, you are saying you have one tag with Fl.H.Kdtr. E(v) 210/XII stamped on one side and SS-Z-Ung. 275 stamped on the reverse side? Or are the two stampings both on the same side? In any event, I do not know how both stampings could be on the same tag. Maybe Fronti or Mr. Dogtag or one of the other tag experts knows.

Yes, I know that a photo could be better that hundreds words, but the tags are not mine: they are own by a friend who asked my help...I had not with me my camera so the only thing that I could do was to write the codes...

All the two tags are complete and in the first case the codes are written as the normal use in the WH:

FL. H. KDTR. EV 210 XII
            SS-Z-UNG. 275.
            ------------------------------
            SS-Z-UNG. 275.
FL. H. KDTR. EV 210 XII
(this letters are specular like all dogtags i have seen, I've written so anly to give you a clue)

I'm sorry that I can not be more useful, for the moment

                  Hello

I will try to explain in shortform the SS Zögling. (With my poor english)

The Waffen SS had the privilege to recruit draftees out of the allied countries (Like Hungaria, Bulgaria,...) These draftees normally have to serve in their own army, but in the case of SS draftee, they mustn`t.
If some of these SS draftees were specialists, they could be transferred to the army or Luftwaffe. In this case they had the SS Zögling stamp on their dogtags, due to the fact that they were inducted by waffen SS.

                  Best regards, Fronti

                    thank you, gentlemen!

About 16.000 young Hungarians (30% of them girls) were Flak helpers (Luftwaffenhelfer) in the air defence of the German. As a David Littlejohn wrote in his book "Foreign Legions of the Third Reich" vol. 1- 4 (Bender Publishing) - The Luftwaffenhelfer were a amalgum of 3 organizations: the HJ, the Luftwaffe and the SS. All decision about flak helpers movement was made in triangle: Hermann Göring, Arthur Axmann and Heinrich Himmler. The moving force behind the "flak Helpers" was in fact the HJ. Five Kriegseinsatzkommando offices were established to coordinate this work in the German occupied and Axis-allied countries in Europe. It was under the direction of Dienstselle Nickel - taking his name from HJ Hauptbannfuhrer Siegfried Nickel. As from 4 December 1944 the designation Luftwaffenhelfer was changed to SS Zögling.
